At once luxurious and inviting, this stunning three bedroom apartment combines the lavish looks of a 5-star hotel with the easy-going elegance of a beach house. From the moment you walk through the door, you get carried away by the house’s unique ambiance of airiness and peacefulness. The living area is outfitted with low, comfortable furniture in natural colors, aimed to create a toned-down backdrop for the real protagonist of the scenery: the sweeping vistas of the countryside and the sea. Vast sliding doors occupy the front wall of the open-plan space that serves as living room-dining area-kitchen, to allow guests to take in as much of the landscape as possible and to encourage indoor-outdoor living. The owner’s minimal philosophy translated here into clean lines, toned-down palettes and uncluttered spaces that are pure and soulful. A few handpicked art objects are placed here and there to complement the house’s Greek-chic aesthete. The bedrooms are the only place where the muted palette is interrupted by splashes of color, a nod to the house’s summery mood. Everything revolves around a central idea: to create spaces that inspire absolute tranquility and relaxation. The beds are of suburb quality, the upholstery rich, and there are glass doors that open the rooms to the landscape. If you’ re dreaming of intimate dinners, sunshine and beaches, but still want to be close to the city, this high-design escape is sure to become your favorite vacation destination.
(The whole space of the Rosemary Suite which is located on the first floor of our building among its balconies and parking spaces is exclusively for the guests who reserve this specific suite. On the ground floor of the building, a garden with a pool is available only for the guests of the ground floor suite Lavender. When, however Lavender suite is not reserved by other guests, then the guests of Rosemary suite can use the facilities of the pool and the garden at an extra charge of 100€ per night)
